Nathan Staal
Nathan Staal is the builder behind Green Earth Homes. A carpenter by trade and registered builder (QBCC Lic.1184982), Nathan was born and raised on the Sunshine Coast. With his desire to offer quality craftsmanship and a superior level of service he established Green Earth Homes in 2006. Nathan’s vision and goal of Green Earth Homes is to design and build stunning highly functional homes for all clients.
With over 30 years’ experience in the building industry Nathan has had the pleasure of working extensively throughout the Sunshine Coast, in Far North Queensland, Victoria and in London, UK. Having worked in Queensland for the majority of his building career, Nathan is very experienced with our Queensland climate and well versed with storm / cyclonic construction requirements.
Green Earth Homes has established a solid reputation on the Sunshine Coast for building beautiful, quality homes and for providing a professional, personalised and efficient service with honest and upfront communication.
Nathan individually tailors and manages each project to meet and surpass our customers’ expectations.
Grace Bartlett
With over 13 years in the building industry and an awarded career as a senior hospitality professional and a General Manager of five star hotels and resorts, Grace brings years of experience of perfection and attention to detail. As an integral part of the team, Grace has installed the understanding of customer services and satisfaction to Green Earth Homes so each and every client is assisted personally and promptly.
Having been an active member sitting on the Sunshine Coast HIA board for the last 7 years, Grace is an integral part in the building community on the Sunshine Coast and is a main driver to the success of Green Earth Homes.
Simone King
Simone has been involved in the building industry for 7 years. Originally from New Zealand, she is passionate about everything that is custom. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional customer service, Simone leaves no stone unturned when helping our clients through their custom home building experience.
Simone has a wealth of information and a keen passion for building. She is highly skilled and ensures that each and every one of the homes built by Green Earth Homes runs efficiently and smoothly to make the building experience a dream.
Vanessa Moore
With many years in and around the building industry, Vanessa is a wonderful asset to our team. With a passion for numbers and the detail, she looks after all of the client accounts, sub-contractors and supplies.
Vanessa is highly customer focused and is wonderful at assisting our clients with their questions and is the first person you will speak to when touching base with us at our office.
Steve Wedd
With close to 40 years in the building industry and a qualified carpenter, Steve is a massive credit to our team at Green Earth Homes. Steve has a wealth of knowledge and has been a local for most of his building career.
Steve’s extensive experience in building custom homes is unchallenged except to Nathan’s, our builder. Together they make building a custom home a breeze. Steve has a wonderful professional working relationship with our tradesmen and suppliers and he ensures that the construction process runs smoothly and that each and every home is finished to the high standard Green Earth Homes prides itself on.
