There were a number of reasons. Communication being the first. The second was the ballpark estimate – it was within our budget and within expectation. The third was meeting Ross and Jen who showed us the display house in Peregian Breeze and two houses nearing completion in Elysium. We were pleased with the quality of the building and the finishes. Ross and Jen were professional yet friendly. Another reason for selecting Green Earth Homes was that the company provides or manages all the services need to get a move-in ready home – design, build, pool, garden. The size of the company was a factor – not too small, not too large – but overriding all this was the trust everyone at Green Earth Homes inspired in us, particularly since we live interstate and needed to be hands off during construction. A contracted price was also very appealing. Thank you to everyone at Green Earth Homes, you are an awesome team. We are really pleased with the way the build is progressing.

We are very happy with the ease of communication with all the friendly staff we had interface with; the standard of work by the selected teams was most commendable; the scheduling of all materials and tasks were seamless; adjustments and variations were not a problem – it all went so smoothly. Although we are still in the planning phase, Green Earth Homes has been the most helpful, professional team. The team has asked questions to gain an insight into our use of the property, and work through solutions for the best outcome for the customer. Ross, in particular, has gone out of his way to help us through the process. Communication has been excellent — always on time and responds to any correspondence promptly. We selected Green Earth Homes to undertake extensive renovations to our home in Mooloolaba. From the first contact with Nathan and his team they took a very professional approach to our project. There were extensive discussions in the planning process and the finalisation of the contract. Once the work commenced we quickly established a working relationship of trust and felt very confident with Nathan and his team. During the build the team demonstrated a high level of quality workmanship and care for our house. As with renovations there were many variations to the contract as construction progressed, some due to the original house construction which were unavoidable and others due to our weekly meetings on site and seeing opportunities for improvements as the project developed. The completed project exceeded our expectations and we have no hesitation in recommending Green Earth Homes for a building or renovation project.

Green Earth homes was recommended to us by our draftsperson we were very impressed by their workmanship as they were well organised and very part of the building process was itemized, the communications between us was very professional and friendly we would definitely recommend them to everyone. The finished job turned out better than we anticipated.

In August 2011 we contracted with Nathan Staal of Green Earth Homes to construct a 3 bedroom house in place of an existing 2 bed house in Buderim QLD. The new house was completed on time in early 2012 and we have since moved in. Green Earth Homes managed the demolition of the old house and the new construction. While the building was proceeding we were not able to be on site at all as we were interstate so we had to depend on Nathan and his crew to do a good job. At all times communications between us were very good and all our questions were promptly and efficiently dealt with. On our return we met with Nathan as arranged to receive our keys and were most pleased with the standard of construction. Since moving in we have found nothing we would consider requires fixing and our new house has been built to a very high standard. We would highly recommend Green Earth Homes to anyone and are very happy with our new home.

We engaged Green Earth Homes to renovate an aging California Bungalow that we bought. The house was a borderline demolition job, but we really wanted to work with what was there in order to retain original character and to cut down on the amount of waste from an environmental perspective. Nathan assured us he could work with the existing residence and gave us a very reasonable quotation to undertake the work. Throughout the job Nathan and his team were extremely professional, always followed through with promises, stuck to their original time line, maintained a clean and tidy work site and actually in the end exceeded our expectations. Even we were not sure how salvageable the old house was but Green Earth Homesturned it into a dream home. We were so impressed with every aspect of dealing with Nathan and his team and cannot commend his company highly enough.
