This beautifully designed home is set right up to the bushland backdrop that frames and defines the essence to this home. The Forest House is set high on the block of land and its stately presence showcases a home that is loved in each and every way.

A dream home for our client, The Forest House is a home that has a true Hamptons look and feel. With a gable roofline warming welcoming you in through the front door, which is a show piece, to the cathedral ceilings that open up the heart of the home to the forest back drop.  The triangle windows bring in the sky and forest into the living space – connecting the home with nature.

The chef’s kitchen is truly a statement piece with the designer rangehood, stunning island bench and 2pac cabinetry.  This is an entertainer’s delight. The lounge room and dining room all feature 2 pac shaker cabinetry and VJ panelling to feature walls.  The coffered ceiling in the dining room and dado rails in the entry are all hallmarks of a Hamptons home and one that just softly whispers luxury, indulgence, and craftsmanship.

The mixture of building materials and finishes such as the burnished concrete floor and engineering timber floor sets a beautiful tone for this home. With full underfloor heating to the burnished flooring, the concrete is temperate to walk on with the heating giving the surface a whole new feel.
