This modern farm home that sits high on a hill in Woombye is the testament to a dream and sheer determination by a family who wanted to create a family estate for generations to come.

Designed by Adrian Ramsay from AR Design House and built by Green Earth Homes, this particular home was such a wonderful journey of discovery and opportunity to really do something special for this family that we feel very privileged to have been involved.

There are so many features and elements to this home that makes it stand apart and the sheer amount of thought that has gone into every single room really makes this home unique.

The mixture of building materials and finishes such as the burnished concrete floor and engineering timber floor sets a beautiful tone for this home. With full underfloor heating to the burnished flooring, the concrete is temperate to walk on with the heating giving the surface a whole new feel.

The spaces in this home are thoughtfully designed and finished. With rose gold, gunmetal, matte black, cooper and white tapware used throughout the home, each of the 5 bathrooms has its own unique feel.

The light that streams into this home is beautiful. With 3m ceilings throughout and a raked ceiling in the main living area up to 4.6m, this home has a feeling of spaciousness that cannot be overlooked.

Meat ages, outdoor BBQ bars, ice machine, an antique theatre bar shipped all the way from Paris, a specifically built cold room, mud room, pool bar with pool stools, custom built gates, front doors and concrete mantels, this home is a show stopper.

It would be hard pushed to see another one of these homes on the Coast.
