Noosaville Mid Century Home

What a beautiful example of a mid century modern home in Noosaville. Custom designed to suit our clients every need and want, this home has come together beautiful.

The clients had a very clear vision on what they were looking for when they engaged with our team at Green Earth Homes. Right from the start they wanted a home that allowed them to sustainably live in the Queensland environment. One that was cool in summer and warm in winter. A home with high ceilings and high windows that would capture the breezes and that would bring in all the natural sunlight to their home at the right time of day.

This home as therefore been cleverly designed and fitting out. With strong timber accents and monument windows and accents, this home is visually stunning. With a mixer of natural timber floors and tiles, this home has a overwhelming feeling of warmth to it.  The kitchen is beautiful layout and the use of geometric tiles in the powder room give a hint to our clients characters.

We probably chose the worst year to build, but fortunately we chose the best builder. Grace and Nathan helped us through the challenges of border closures, record floods, supply chain issues and unprecedented price increases.
