This fantastic beach home in the ever popular Noosaville, sits on a beautiful street surrounded by beautiful homes.

Designing this home was fun – our clients were amazing and the home that has been created suits them to a tee.

The mixture of colours, materials and textures in this home have been carefully collated to make the home warm and inviting but chic and striking.

The beautiful Karndean floors really give this home its beach vibe. Laid throughout the home they not only look amazing but they really give the space a sense of warm and homeliness.

The spaces in this home are thoughtfully designed and finished. With gunmetal and cooper tapware used throughout the home, each of the bathrooms and the powder room has its own unique feel.

The light that cascades into the spaces of this home really is beautiful. Windows have been positioned in the right locations to bring the blue sky and the green of the trees into the indoors.  Louvers have also been used extensively throughout this home which allows it to breathe with great cross ventilation.

The outdoor entertaining areas is perfect – BBQ bar area, dining space, lounge area, pool with sun deck – this home has it all!

This home has been thoughtfully designed and beautifully finished. It was a pleasure to be involved in this build and the results speak for themselves. Enjoy the photos.
