We understand that the building of your home shouldn’t take months in the planning stage, therefore our team is 100% committed to getting your home started as quickly as possible. At Green Earth Homes, we believe in developing a relationship that provides an effective build and an enjoyable experience for all. We offer fixed priced contracts so you can be completely comfortable when you make your decision to build. We are upfront builders with the detail – our business thrives on word of mouth and we have created this through honesty and integrity with each and every client.

Our Construction Process

When you make a decision to build with Green Earth Homes, you can have complete confidence that we understand that this is no easy decision. As a result we will provide you with certainty around the price of building your home as well as the time frame in which your home will be built. This will enable you to make plans for your family’s situation with confidence and ease.

Our construction process is clearly documented for you in a schedule of works which is provided to you at the beginning of your build. Quality assurance checks are completed every step of the way and we provide you with 6 stage site meetings for each of the building milestones.

All trade contractors that Green Earth Homes uses, are reputable Sunshine Coast businesses and work to the relevant industry standards required.

Once your home is completed, we provide you with a 12 month warranty inspection period, to ensure that any settling issues are addressed. We also provide you with the 7 year structural guarantee to give you peace of mind.

The family of Green Earth Homes has been on the Coast for over 40 years – we are Sunshine Coast locals born and bred.
